Under § 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz -WpPG), listed companies are obliged to publish a document once per year that is to contain or refer to all information which the company published or made available to the public in the previous 12 months in accordance with certain provisions of company law and capital market legislation.

| On March 22, 2011, BNP Paribas Investment Partners Belgium N.V./S.A. (former Fortis Investments Management Belgium N.V./S.A.), Brussels/Belgium, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach/Germany, (ISIN: DE0005079909, WKN: 507990) have exceeded the 3% threshold of the voting rights on February 26, 2008 and on that day amounted to 3.15% (this corresponds to 94,369 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.15% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 94,369 voting rights) were attributable to the company. On March 9, 2011, The Royce Fund, Wilmington, Delaware/USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach/Germany, (ISIN: DE0005079909, WKN: 507990) have fallen below the 3% threshold of the voting rights on March 7, 2011 and on that day amounted to 2.96% (this corresponds to 88,750 voting rights). On February 11, 2011, Royce & Associates LLC, New York/USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach/Germany, (ISIN: DE0005079909, WKN: 507990) have fallen below the 5% threshold of the voting rights on December 9, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.97% (this corresponds to 149,000 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 4.97% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 149,000 voting rights) were attributable to the company from The Royce Fund. On February 11, 2011, Legg Mason Inc., Baltimore/USA, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting rights on A.S. Création Tapeten AG, Gummersbach/Germany, (ISIN: DE0005079909, WKN: 507990) have fallen below the 5% threshold of the voting rights on December 9, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.97% (this corresponds to 149,000 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG, 4.97% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 149,000 voting rights) were attributable to the company from The Royce Fund. |
