Inside/outside corners

As non-woven wall coverings are easy to use, you will reach the first inside corner of your room very quickly. Simply let the non-woven wall covering end in the right corner and align the next strip with the edge.

Use a plastic corner profile guide to guarantee neat wallpaper edges every time, even when the outside edges are not straight. Adhere the profile guide to the outside corner using contact adhesive, sharpen and fill in the edges. Then simply paper the non-woven wall covering right up to the edge. Before papering, coat the profile with acrylic dispersion lacquer in the same colour as that chosen for the non-woven wall covering.

Tip:

If the inside edges are not plumb, wrap approx. 2 cm of the non-woven product around the corner and onto the adjoining wall. Make a series of cuts in the excess length. Plumb the next strip and adhere to the excess length. To achieve a perfect edge, professionals use a cartridge gun to stretch a light acrylic film into the corner. Go/Pro non-woven wall coverings can also be applied directly onto the corner.
